Reason Magazine did a Top 10 most absurd Time covers piece that's pretty awesome. My dad's gotten a free subscription to Time Magazine since sometime in the late 1980s, he thinks it's somehow linked to him telling them he was a teacher over the phone, but who knows. The point being I used to read this piece of trash 'newsmagazine' pretty much every week through the end of high school. Here are a few highlight covers:
