This is a PSA for kids (duh!) meant to discourage them from 'drowning' their food with condiments and other high-sodium/high-fat stuff. This is good advice if you wanna live a long time or like, run long distances regularly. Otherwise, do whatever you want, life is long and hard enough without having to eat shit that doesn't taste awesome.
