Things that I find unsettling here:
- the way the penguins are constantly shifting scale relative to the Kools
- the conceit that tobacco leaves are individuals with personalities and backstories, some of which get discarded as unproductive members of the symbiotic penguin/tobacco leaf society. Where do they go? How do they make a living?
- Also the penguins' crazy "I'm a factory drone/I'm high as fuck" googly eyes.
But it's such a relief to have the cigarette making process demystified that I can forgive all that.

I briefly smoked Kools when I was 17 because they were frequently packaged as part of a 2 for 1 promotion and I just wanted MAD CIGARETTES ALL THE TIME. Also, dude in the Cold Ain't Cool ad looks sorta like ?uestlove.
also, IMAGINE THE COKED OUT HIPPIES AT EARTHWORKS? (SHUDDER CITY, AM I RIGHT??)
